The New Zealand Memorial to the Missing in Twelve Tree Copse Cemetery (179 names). Scroll right to take in the cemetery. The village of Alçitepe (Krithia) lies about 1 km behind the trees at the far end of the cemetery. The site of the infamous Daisy Patch - ground that the New Zealanders advanced across at Helles with heavy casualties on 8 May - was a short distance beyond the other end of the cemetery, again obscured by the trees.
